Team Structure
LuminaLog organizations serve as the root for all your projects and team members.
Organization
The parent entity for all billing and project data.
Projects
Logical groupings for logs (e.g., API, Frontend).
Members
Users with specific access roles within the org.
User Roles & Permissions
Select from three predefined roles to control exactly what your team can access.
Owner
Complete authority over the organization, including billing, team management, and organization deletion.
Admin
Manage day-to-day operations. Can configure projects and integrations but cannot access billing.
Member
Ideal for general engineering staff. Read-only access to logs and analytics without management rights.
Onboarding Members
Invitations are managed directly from your organization settings. New members will receive an email to activate their account.
Dashboard Process
Access Settings
Go to Settings → Team Members in the sidebar.
Invite Member
Click 'Invite Member' and enter their email.
Assign Role
Select the permission level (Member, Admin, etc).
Verify
The member clicks the link in their inbox to join.
Security Principles
Verification-First
No member can access organization data without a verified email or SSO handshake.
Inactivity Expiry
Forced logout occurs after 30 days of inactivity to mitigate session hijacking.
Key Revocation
Admins can rotate organizational API keys instantly to lock down compromised stacks.
